By completing the activity or information request form, you agree that Vacanze in Italy processes the personal data provided solely for communication purposes related to the company’s activities (information about events and activities). These data are processed by Vacanze in Italy and, if applicable, by its subcontractors, who are required to respect the same confidentiality standards.
Vacanze in Italy undertakes not to disclose or share these data with other organizations and companies, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR). The data are kept for the duration of the requested activity and for a reasonable period after its completion, in compliance with legal requirements.
In accordance with the “informatique et libertés” law and the GDPR, you have the following rights :

– Right to erasure,
– Right to restriction of processing,
– Right to data portability.

Activities and events
The client acknowledges having been informed that Vacanze in Italy disclaims any liability for bodily or material damages occurring during these activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Vacanze in Italy. The client hereby releases Vacanze in Italy from any liability and agrees to refrain from any legal action against Vacanze in Italy or its volunteers in case of bodily or material damages occurring during these activities. The client acknowledges being informed that this exemption applies to themselves, their spouse, children, visiting family members, or any other person they may have invited and registered for one of Vacanze in Italy’s activities. The client agrees to purchase liability and health insurance for participating in activities with Vacanze in Italy, understanding that Vacanze in Italy does not cover these risks.
Photographs
Photographs may be taken during activities (adults and children) and may be published in Vacanze in Italy communication media, unless prior written notice is given by the member.
Payment
Prices for activities and events are quoted in euros.
Cancellation policy
Vacanze in Italy reserves the right to cancel proposed activities or events in cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, illness…) if conditions do not allow the event to be held with sufficient comfort. In this case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and reimbursed, or offered a new date if the event can be rescheduled. Vacanze in Italy is exempt from any contractual liability in the event of force majeure.
In italian cities, it is not uncommon to experience unexpected difficulties, or even the impossibility, of accessing certain sites: strike, unexpected closure of a place of worship or other venue. In the event of modifications to part of the program, for reasons beyond the control of Vacanze in Italy, no reimbursement will be made for these minor changes. The event will be adapted to the best of our ability so as not to alter its nature.
In the event of cancellation or modification (e.g. number of participants) by the customer, refund conditions are as follows :
Up to 1 month before the scheduled date : full refund.
Between 1 month and 15 days : 75% refund (unless otherwise specified by service providers).
Between 15 days and 72 hours : 50% refund (unless otherwise specified by service providers).
Less than 72 hours : no refund.
In the event of rescheduling less than 1 month in advance, a supplement may be requested to cover the costs incurred.
Cancellation releases Vacanze in Italy from any contractual liability, except for reimbursement of sums already paid, as indicated above.
Please note : tickets are non-refundable, except under special conditions.
