Description :

An orchestra is a great example of teamwork, showing how individuals can express themselves while working together to create something beautiful. In this workshop, guided by a conductor, participants use drums and other instruments to build a shared rhythm and create a collective symphony.

Objective :

By improvising music and exploring different rhythms and styles, participants learn to adapt, collaborate, and be creative. Using traditional instruments or anything that makes a sound, the group works together to compose a unique piece, improving flexibility and teamwork in a fun, engaging way.

Cultural Element :

As part of the experience, participants collect tokens to move between groups or “tables.” Each transition introduces new team dynamics, encouraging quick adjustments and helping everyone learn to harmonise with new collaborators.
