In Italy, biscuits are more than a treat—they’re an art, and not just for dunking in milk! Italians have perfected recipes that pair beautifully with a glass of wine at the end of a meal, and now you can learn to make them too. In this interactive workshop, Leda will teach you how to prepare classics like n’briachelle from Lazio, a local favourite, and cantucci (or tozzetti) from Tuscany, perfect for dipping in wine. For children or anyone avoiding alcohol, Leda also includes equally delicious alternatives, so everyone can join in the fun.

This hands-on experience is a delightful way to savour the sweet side of Italian culinary culture, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Who is Leda ? Born in Calabria and now a proud Roman, Leda is deeply connected to the countryside surrounding Rome.
